Project Outcomes:

Dragonfly Environmental have been working at Smalls Creek since 2019 under the supervision of multiple team leaders. This contract covers a large area of Smalls Creek, extending through Kellyville, Rouse Hill, and Beaumont Hills. David.C oversees a specific section of the project.

Our team successfully completed weed management and revegetation efforts at Smalls Creek. This included primary, secondary, and follow-up weeding across all required areas, along with targeted aquatic weed management. We monitored and treated remnant infestations of Alternanthera philoxeroides within the stream to support long-term ecological health.

Additionally, bush regeneration efforts involved reconstruction and in-fill planting, particularly in low-potential regeneration areas near the creek, following ongoing primary works. These efforts have contributed to the successful restoration and enhancement of the site’s native vegetation.

We are pleased to have secured a renewed contract. The project continues to make strong progress, with our team effectively restoring the site through targeted weed management and native vegetation regeneration.
