Dragonfly Environmental team is over 100 staff members, from the on ground to the office, each team member works connectively with dedication towards caring for the environment.
Site Supervisor
Site Supervisors know sites and what’s needed. They lead, educate and inspire the teams to deliver great outcomes in bush regeneration, ecosystem restoration, community eco-engagement, large-scale planting projects and more. With a strong passion for effective outcomes combine with knowledge and experienced in multiple types of projects. Working key focus areas each brings a unique set of skills with experience shared across the teams.
Acting Site Supervisors
Leading Hands are passionate, hard-working and the Site Supervisors support people. Aware of the site’s needs and the particular skills of the team working with them at hand. They co-ordinate works such that any group is 5 people or under – ensuring focus and effective outcomes as well as on-site knowledge sharing, training and mentoring.
